Delete your OutFour account

In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account. This deletes your account and everything stored in it at once: your synced spots and My lakes, their earlier versions, your sign-ins and your sign-in methods. Copies in our backups are gone within 35 days.

To delete a single spot or a lake from My lakes, delete it in the app: it's removed from your account at once, and its earlier version is deleted after 30 days.

Signed in with Facebook? Remove OutFour in Facebook's settings (Apps and websites); that deletes your account.

We keep only a record that an account was deleted (a coded ID and the date, no email address), and records of account events under that coded ID for up to 90 days.

Can't sign in? Write to support@outfour.net, and we reply to the account's address, if it has one, to confirm before anything is deleted.

Deleting your account doesn't remove what the app keeps on your phone. To remove that too, use Settings > Delete all my data.
